My review for Perfect:

I give Perfect 4 stars. This series keeps you wondering why why why. There’s always new truths that are uncovered about each character and Ali’s disappearance/murder. So at the end of Flawless the girls found out why Toby took the blame for the firework and Jenna’s blindness, even though it was Ali who caused it. Ali blackmailed him. Why? Well when Ali set up the firework, she accidentally bumped it because she saw Toby messing around with Jenna and it set off. It was an accident, but it happened. By the end of Flawless, Toby is dead after trying to return Emily to the party. He thought she knew his secret, but she thought he was A. Unfortunately, he wasn’t. At the end, Ali sends a text threatening them about telling anyone about the last day all 5 girls were together the summer after 7th grade.

So now for Perfect. The police investigation for Ali’s murder is continuing and Officer Wilden is investigating it. He wants the girls to tell him anything about that last day with Ali, but they’re worried Ali might do something to them if they tell. Will they tell him an information? If they do tell Officer Wilden, what will Ali do to them? How far will she go to shut the girls up? Now, moving onto the 4 girls. Spencer has finally smoothed things out with her family, but stress comes to bite her in the butt. Will she go to desperate measures and steal take more of Melissa’s belongings? Will Spencer’s family find out if she does? Emily is shaken up by Toby’s death. How will she cope with this? Will Emily go toward Maya for comfort? Will her parents find out and if so what will happen? Hannah is having trouble with Mona because of Officer Wilden and she won’t listen, and Mona is preparing for her 17th birthday party. Will everything become smoother between the 2 BFFs? Will she make it to Mona’s party without too much tension between them? Aria’s father is still having an affair with one of his previous students. Will she be able to tell her mom before she finds out or Ali tells her? What will her mother do if she does find out Aria has known for 3 years? Aria is also dating Hannah’s ex, Sean, but Aria still has feelings for her AP English teacher, Ezra. What will she do about that situation? And finally, what will the girls figure/find out next about Ali?
