My review for The Fault in Our Stars:

I give this 4.5 stars. The book is in Indianapolis, Indiana in the 21st century. It’s about a 16-year old girl named Hazel Lancaster who was diagnosed with stage 4 of thyroid cancer, but a treatment lengthened her life by shrinking her lungs. She had graduated high school and started taking college courses. Her parents also force her to go to this cancer support group, where she meets a boy named Augustus Waters. Augustus has a prosthetic leg from a surgery previously. They both read many books, swap them, and chat about them. Eventually, both of them fall in love, and Hazel tells him her dream. Augustus Waters shows his love for Hazel, but he’s keeping a secret. They both teach other the lessons of pain, love, and friendship. So what is Hazel’s dream? Will she be able to achieve her dream? What is Augustus keeping and will he tell Hazel before she finds out?

This is similar to A Walk to Remember, but be warned that this will give you tears.
